Arizona General Warranty Deed Form |
The Arizona general warranty deed is a legal document used for the purpose of transferring an interest in real estate within the state of Arizona. This is the most used document used in most Arizona real estate transactions. This particular document shall convey real property with warranty covenants, which will be beneficial to the Grantee (buyer). This will ensure, should the in the event document is ever challenged, that the Grantor shall offer defense on behalf of the Grantee. With warranty, it’s unlikely that there has been a history of issues and unlikely that the document will be challenged. This document will require the signature of the Grantor(s) (seller ) as well as the witness and seal of a notary public.

How to Write
Step 1 – Property Information – Enter:
- The cost and amount paid to the Grantor by the Grantee (in receipt)
- Name(s) of the Grantee(s)
- The County in which the property is situated
- Enter the legal description of the property
Step 2 – Signature(s)-
- Date the Grantor(s) signature(s) in mm/dd/yyyy format
- Grantor(s) must enter signature(s)
Step 3 – Notarization –
- The notary public will witness and then record the Grantor(s) signature(s), after which the notary shall complete the document with all state required information to acknowledge the validity of the document
