  • Square feet  of land including easements and restrictions
  • Enter the the same deed granted to the grantor

  • Book and Page location of immediate, previous deed

Step 3 –Witness and Dating of Signatures

  • Day/Month/Year
  • Grantor(s) Signature
  • Printed Name
  • Date of signature in mm/dd/yyyy format
  • Grantee(s) Signatures

  • Date of signatures

Step 4  – In completion of the document –

  • The notary shall complete all remaining sections, one witness an record has been completed, in acknowledgement and by affixing the official seal.
